We pride ourselves in having Metrocrest Enterprises employees instead of contract labor, with all employees in uniform, thus making our customers feel at ease when working late at night. Each Metrocrest representative is fully covered by an insurance program that protects us as well as our customers. Our employees are under the protection of a Janitorial Service Bond, have a General Liability Policy as well as Worker’s Compensation coverages. Metrocrest Enterprises representatives work very closely with each customer’s management team. Our cleaning list is comprehensive and tailored to our customer’s needs to be performed on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule. This service has been available since 1987 and has been providing quality work for a number of General Contractors such as Austin Commercial, Hill & Wilkinson, Centex, Royal Seal, Bullard Construction and Westcliffe. Our employees are fully covered under the General Liability Policy, Janitorial Service Bond, and Worker’s Compensation Policy. Final Clean contracts include interior and exterior glass cleaning, a/c vents, restrooms, kitchen equipment, waxing VCT tile, wood floors and steam cleaning carpets.
